Villa ERIKA is a spacious independent villa with private pool and garden, located a few minutes from the beach of Santa Maria del Focallo Ispica. The villa, recently built, is located in a green residential area near the sandy beaches of the south-east coast of Sicily.
Outside, a large veranda and a well-kept garden, full of trees and flowers, surround the entire villa. Here we find the private swimming pool and solarium, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, and a bathroom with shower.
Inside, the villa offers white and well-furnished environments, with a large and bright living room, surrounded by windows overlooking the garden and the swimming pool, lounge and TV corner; an equipped kitchen complete with all modern comforts; four bedrooms, two of which are double, perfect for families and groups of 4-8 people
The villa has a furnished garden, fenced house, barbecue, fireplace, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, air conditioning in each room, hot/cold, private swimming pool, covered parking in the building, 2 televisions. The independent gas kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle and represents an excellent base for visiting the main tourist destinations in the area. For golf lovers, the golf courses of the Donnafugata Golf Resort Spa can be reached within 50 km.
