Typical semi-detached and completely renewed country house located in Bardolino, in a quiet suburb called “Modena”, about 2 km from the historic center and the lake.
The country house Petra has two floors and once entered you will find a large living area with fireplace, double sofabed, big dining table for 8 people, satellite TV and air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchenette with big fridge, gas stove, dishwasher and oven. Bathroom with window and shower box. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms: a double bedroom with a large wardrobe and two bedrooms with a single bed and a pull-out bed, air conditioning, washing machine, elegant bathroom with a shower and an integrated whirlpool tube. All windows have mosquito nets. Elegant and valuable elements such as marble flooring and stone walls give great charm to the home. Covered outdoor parking for one car and a small garden furnished with a gazebo, table and chairs at guests disposal. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
We recommend the country house Petra to large families who love a quiet holiday and look for a contact with the local people and reality, just a few steps from Lake Garda and Verona.
The total price consists in:
- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner of the property

Hermoso alojamiento. Es necesario automóvil para llegar y para recolectar/dejar las llaves. Hay que pagar por uso de toallas y sábanas aun así, vale la pena el alojamiento pues esta muy bien cuidado.
