Typical semi-independent country house, fully renovated, located in Bardolino, in the quiet locality of Modena, about 2 km from the historic centre and the lake. Restaurants, shops and supermarkets are about 2 km away.
The Rustico Petra is spread over two floors and consists of a large living area with decorative fireplace (not in use), double sofa bed, large dining table for 8 people, satellite TV and air conditioning. Equipped kitchenette with large fridge, 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher and oven. Windowed bathroom with shower cubicle. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms: a large double room with a large wardrobe and two rooms with single beds and a pull-out bed, air conditioning, washing machine, elegant windowed bathroom with shower and integrated whirlpool bath. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. High-quality finishes such as marble flooring and exposed stone walls give great charm to this property. Covered outdoor parking space and small furnished garden with gazebo, table and chairs. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
In 2025, another house will be renovated behind the house, so some noise may be heard during the day.
We recommend this semi-independent house to large families who love a quiet holiday in contact with the local reality, just a few steps from Lake Garda and Verona.
The final price consists of:
- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner, on whose behalf Regarda acts

Hermoso alojamiento. Es necesario automóvil para llegar y para recolectar/dejar las llaves. Hay que pagar por uso de toallas y sábanas aun así, vale la pena el alojamiento pues esta muy bien cuidado.
